We may also request additional information or verification before confirming your order. If your order (or part of it) is canceled, or if we require more details, our team will contact you promptly.
Cancellation by the Customer

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by sending us a message on WhatsApp at +91-9472630308. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, please contact our Customer Support. We will process your refund after deducting a convenience fee (minimum ₹100, which may be higher depending on your order value). Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned product(s).
